Last week, on the 18th of October, our e-TALENTA webinar for actresses and actors in Poland took place. This time, the special guest was leading Polish and international casting director Paulina Krajnik. She has dozens of successful projects under her belt and has also received the Weronika Migoń Award for her casting on Olga Hajdas‘ film „Nina“. The webinar was made unique by her knowledge of e-casting, the online casting process. She touched on the process of preparing a self-tape, the technical issues of recording a casting yourself and the mental preparation that every actor and actress should do.
Another important topic of the webinar was the issue of trust during the casting process. The meeting helped the participants to better understand the intentions of casting directors, the goals and the tasks that every actress and actor applying for a casting should keep in mind.
