The sophisticated artist profile
e-PROFILE offers actors and drama students from across Europe the chance to publish a detailed artist profile on e-TALENTA including photos, a CV, skills, show reels, voice samples and much more. It is accessible in a variety of six languages by local and international casting directors, producers, directors and other industry professionals in film, TV, theatre and advertising. The profile is easily set up by either you yourself or your agency and can be updated any time and from anywhere. The service is free of charge for actors, drama students and drama schools.

The clever search machine accessible in 6 different languages
With e-SEARCH, local and international casting directors, producers, directors and other industry professionals from the world of film, TV, theatre and advertising can find the ideal actors across Europe for the projects they are preparing. This sophisticated search tool covers more than 30 European countries; you can search for actors according to artistic criteria such as age range, ethnic type, repertoire and languages, as well as according to production specific requirements such as nationality, possible accommodation etc. Show reels and voice clips help casting directors get a quick and detailed impression of the actor and as a result that actor’s agent is often among the first to be contacted.

e-CASTING is what the interactive casting service is called on e-TALENTA. It allows local and international casting directors and production companies to send out specific CASTING INFOs including a synopsis, role descriptions and other details regarding the current project they are preparing. They can choose to send it at a click of a button to either all or only to a selected few agencies, actors, or drama schools; either to one country or many countries right across Europe. And the agencies contacted can answer just as quickly by sending back complete artist profiles of the actors they are proposing.

The mobile casting office
e-DESK is the virtual office on e-TALENTA, specially designed for agents, casting directors, directors and producers. This is where the artist profiles can be easily sorted by categories that you alone decide and apply; where individual profiles can be indicated as favourites and tagged with your comments or notes. This mobile office, open to casting professionals around the world, at anytime and from everywhere is an essential tool for successful casting.
e-UPDATE
Comfortable data management
e-UPDATE is an additional service designed especially for agencies. Once the agency portrait and artist profiles have been set up, e-TALENTA can perform the functions of a central database for you on request. This means that updates only need to be made here just once in future. As a comfortable white label function, e-UPDATE ensures that all other new postings by the agency are automatically updated on the Internet, in particular the agency’s own website and artist profiles posted elsewhere. Through e-UPDATE, agencies save a lot of time in dealing with their files and remain safe in the knowledge that their artist profiles are always kept up-to-date all over the world.
e-CONNECTION
The backstage chat
e-CONNECTION is e-TALENTA’s open platform. This is where all users from the local and international world of film, TV, theatre and advertising can get in touch with each other, exchange thoughts, both business-related and private, form associations and tend to their own personal network of contacts as and when they choose. This feature contains forums, blogs, editorial content with valuable tips, a monthly newsletter and much more.

Until the end of 2011 all services are available free of charge. You will be able to try out e-TALENTA and see if it works for you. We would be very happy to receive your feedback. e-TALENTA is conceived to be a work tool, which we will continue to improve and develop – for you!
We will inform you ahead of time about the new services and prices. In any case, publication of a complete artist profile (new e-PROFILE), including photos and videos, will continue to be free of charge for all actors, drama students and artists. All other e-TALENTA members will also continue to benefit from a free e-PROFILE.
